No need for me to call and for u to smooth talk me- which I understand is ur job. I have no gripe with u. What I said happened as it is stated - no embellishment or exaggeration your service people are arrogant and condescending (at least the two I spoke to inc the manager) OR they were trying to get me in for a service call to pad the dealership finances. All it takes is for ur unprofessional employees to make an unhappy customer. As I stated, Ramp Service was ALWAYS great courteous and professional. I only wish they had the Transit Van I purchased instead of you. When ever the word 'Ford' comes up in conversation, with family and friends, I 'll be sure to relate the Sayville story and add the Ramp accolades. Sorry ' u lost me. U may want to speak to service.

What I am asking you to understand is it's not my job to smooth talk you, it is my job to find out who spoke to you like this and make corrections so it doesn't happen again to another customer. What if this was a review about your business and the customer did not give you the opportunity to correct a situation? We do not ignore a customers complaint, we do our best to correct and learn from our mistakes. I did speak to service. Apparently no one recalls this conversation, so did it take place?
