Did extra work for nothing. Buffed out some paint residual from scraping a garage door and then touched up the paint on the car. They were very friendly and helpful. We recently purchased an RL from Schaller Acura. This is our second Acura (we already own an MDX). Our great experience with the MDX and with the Schaller dealership is the primary reason we settled on the our second Acura (we already own an MDX). Our great experience with the MDX and with the Schaller dealership is the primary reason we settled on the RL. We have had an excellent relationship with the Schaller service department with our MDX for the past 2 years. Our purchase experience with the MDX was outstanding, and we specifically sought out Rob Horton (who sold us the MDX) to try to duplicate the experience with the RL. We were not disappointed. Rob's knowledge of the cars is excellent, and his drive to understand our questions and concerns and make sure we had all the right data to make an informed decision was outstanding. He made us feel that his primary concern was us, and not just closing a sale. When we took delivery of the RL, he spent the time to make sure we had a good understanding of the car, including discussions about the differences between the RL and our MDX. When we drove off, we just felt great about the experience and knew we had made the right decision. More

This was my second automobile purchase from Schaller. First, they are small, but get great prices and are as competitive with any of the larger dealerships in CT or MA. Responsiveness is incredible - gets back to you quickly, even if in off-hours. The business folks are also very nice - very knowledgable. Again, same folks I dealt with over 3 years ago (Brian and Brian, though forget their last names). Finally, the service department has the nicest people working in it of any dealership I have encountered. While I have only had maintenance done at Schaller, there have been some questions and issues that I wasn't sure about - they never tried to take advantage or create a cost for me. More

The service department is also exceptional. Convenient times, reasonable wait times, and above average waiting area are key and appreciated. The folks in the service department always ensure to inquire if there are any problems, or anything else they can help with, everytime you are there. The entire Schaller Acura family is very pleasant and personable. Whenever I am there for service, it is like seeing a bunch of old friends, with many small converations catching up with folks. This was our first purchase of an Acura as all of our previous purchases were Honda Accords, so learning about the special features was very helpful for us to see the reasons to upgrade. The car had all of the features that I was looking for and seemed worth the additional money. Rob Horton repeatedly suggested that if at any time we had any questions about the car after the purchase that I call and see him or have my questions answered over the phone. I am loving our new tsx Acura! More
