First used car purchase! I had called Dave one day prior to come look at a used Kia Soul, he was instantly helpful. They countered surprisingly very low. He showed me the service records, how to change the oil, how to change the tire and he takes my calls all the time on his person cell phone. Nick helped my buy my first car and even came into my work to help me secure it. My dad had me make a list of things to make sure the car had, and he was there to help me check off every item. He was personable, and made for good conversation while waiting. I can tell that Nick cares about the customer. He understood that I'm a college student who is working hard and works almost full time and made sure the car I wanted would fit into my budget. He was there for every single step, and I love he didn't push. He didn't try to sell me the more expensive car, he really assessed my needs and worked to meet them. I also love how understanding he was, he answered all my questions and explained everything to me and made sure I understood. Honestly, he may have been the only car salesman I've ever dealt with but I don't want to go to anyone else. He's fair, and patient while being up front and honest. And then today, I came in because my dream car was NOT built for snow and he said "alright lets make sure you're safe". He helped me choose between the listings I saw online, and pulled out lots of cars for me. The car I choose he had lots of on the lot in various colors, prices and mileage. He went out of his way to notice that I liked the Ford Escape I test drived, but found me one that was less expensive. If you're ever in need of a new car, go to Nick because he goes the extra mile that mose salesmen don't. More
