Was required to sign loan papers twice because of error and failure to ask about additional overage types; created a We Owe You statement and it took us over a month to get fixed and multiple trips to the shop (they even had our vehicle for over 12 days between 2 visits); when signing also asked about taking to our mechanic and then the dealer taking care and was told by 2 people it would be fine but when brought it in and provided the list we were told that it wouldn't be taken care of; issues that were brought up we were told that it wasn't an issue and wouldn't be asked for it in writing and were basically laughed at and then they tried to sell us additional warranties and tried to "sell" us a different vehicle because of the issues. Also, when vehicle wasn't taken care of the first time had called and was bounced around from person to person and conveniently the manager was always at the other location. Even spoke with the gm and was told to speak to someone else, and when I asked about the owners or who I needed to speak to if I still wash happy, I was basically laughed at. Definitely not satisfied with overall experience! More

I called finally decided to call Nick of which I did on a Monday morning and by 6pm Monday night, I was driving away in the car I selected with the payments I wanted. More

Shortly after I left the lot with my new car I noticed a small chip in the windshield. I called Mike right away who said to bring it back and they would have their glass specialist look at it. When I got to the dealership, he had everything ready to go and I was in and out with my new car in 30 minutes! I was also preapproved through my bank, but Nathan got me an even better interest rate, who doesn't love better deals?! Nathan and Joey definitely made the car buying process a breeze!
