I contacted Patrick Rogalla who was very helpful giving me information about the vehicle I had seen online. I asked additional questions about a similar vehicle and he allowed me to drive that one as well. I truly appreciate Patrick's patience and knowledge. I would not have made my decision without his input. I received helpful information about the vehicle's history and price. They were willing to wait for my decision and I ended purchasing the vehicle three days later. Great Deals & Customer Service After walking away from the table at another local dealership when the price of the vehicle mysteriously changed on paperwork, I decided to look els After walking away from the table at another local dealership when the price of the vehicle mysteriously changed on paperwork, I decided to look elsewhere. After running some errands I drove past Schoepp and decided I would stop in and take a look. They were extremely busy as it was the last Saturday of the month, however after looking around the lot myself I came across a truck that was priced extremely well, so I went to speak with a sales person. I ended up working with Nick Vullings, who turned out to be extremely friendly, humorous, and incredibly patient. He helped me run the expected numbers on the vehicle and when I asked to take Sunday to look over the potential paperwork and warranty options, asked a few questions but ultimately understood that I needed the time to think. On my way out of Nick's office I was informed the window price on the truck was lower than it ought to be and would need to be corrected. I understand pricing mistakes happen and incentives change, but was a little apprehensive as I had just had something very similar happen with another dealership. After thinking it over, I went back first thing Monday morning and spoke with Nick Vullings to see if they were still willing to sell the truck at Saturday's price and after he confirmed, we were doing paperwork. Half an hour later and Nick and I were taking a photo in front of my new truck. I will definitely be recommending Nick Vullings, and Schoepp Motors to my family and friends. More

He is an all around nice guy and I would recommend him to anyone. Scott Lux in finance got us in and out of there as quickly as possible. I was highly impressed at how fast he made it work for us (we had dinner reservations to get to). He even called me the next day because the interest rate had gone down a bit and he wanted to save me some money. He had to reprint a bunch of the paperwork and take extra time out of his day in order to save me money. It was really nice of him! More
