He was so easy to work with and certainly has the customers best interest in mind. He even upgraded my interior. Soon my new truck will have custom leather seating (of which I got to choose). I highly recommend Nick at schoepp northeast! ...and tell him Amy R. Sent ya! More

Decent Dealership Schoepp Motors did a good job of selling me a vehicle. Mark Latif, my sales representative, did an excellent job during this process. Mark was very at Schoepp Motors did a good job of selling me a vehicle. Mark Latif, my sales representative, did an excellent job during this process. Mark was very attentive, friendly, and had a great attitude. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him again at this dealership in the future. In addition, the finance lady was great, too! The pricing of the vehicle I bought could have been better, but I am definitely happy with the whole experience! More
Great Experience. Highly Recommended. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but Kevin was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He conducted himself in a professional manner and I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but Kevin was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He conducted himself in a professional manner and never once did I feel pressured or coerced. I had been skeptical and apprehensive about walking onto a used car lot, but I now feel foolish that I waited so long to get into a vehicle I'll truly enjoy. More
Great atmosphere and friendly. My parents needed a car and Shoepp was one of the places that advertised one in their budget at the time. They found one they loved and test drove it. My parents needed a car and Shoepp was one of the places that advertised one in their budget at the time. They found one they loved and test drove it. My parents credit was not so good and they could not get approved on their own and Schoepp asked me to co-sign. This was fine as I handle the finances, though my credit is on the poor side of good. Schoepp got me approved, however apparently this car had not been there very long because they still had to have the mechanic inspect it and report everything. The salesman faxed me this information and there were many issues that sounded like repairs would not be far down the road. I am not a mechanic, nor was Matt, but the Manager knew better and called me a little while later to inform me that he could not sell me this car. He apologized profusely for this, but said he valued his relationships with customers and financial institutions that he relied on to get financing for people to have this car need too many repairs too soon and then have me as a customer refuse to make the payments because of it. He was much more eloquent than I can be. He did not make it sound like he was suggesting I would not pay, he just put it so well that I knew exactly what he meant. At this point I had already signed all the papers and given a $1000 deposit. We still needed a car so I told them to keep the deposit awhile and look for another car that fit my extremely low budget needs. Nothing materialized and about a week later I called to say I wanted to pick up my deposit. There was no pressure to leave it there a little longer, just a promise that if something came up they would call me. Everyone was so nice throughout this whole thing. Well, jump a month into the future. The financial situation improved a little and the parents were still looking for a car. Mark had told me about a car at the east side location when I had picked up my previous deposit, but they were leaning more towards an SUV-type vehicle. So when the situation improved some I called Mark and asked him to start looking again for a vehicle. In the meantime my mother kept looking at other places and found one she liked. I went through the whole ordeal again at another place. Problem with that place was I explained to the salesman that I did not want to sit there for hours just to get an answer about credit. I was just the one to sign the papers, my parents were picking out their own car and it's their money that pays for it, so I wanted to get everything out of the way first and basically come in and sign papers. I even filled out the credit application online first. I was in there for hours and they hadn't even looked at my credit yet. Turns out the car had too high of milaege to get financed with my poor credit and I was declined. After wasting so much time. Earlier in the day I had called Mark he could stop looking as my parents had found a car somewhere else. He was still so nice. My mom decided to go back to Schoepp east to take a second look at a Ford Escort they had looked at. They decided they wanted it. We were able to call the east location, tell them I had already been approved (for a cheaper car) and could they just run through the info they already had. I was back at work by now, angry that I wasted so much time at the other dealership. I went to work as my Mom was calling Schoepp. A little while later Mark called me and made sure I wanted him to run my info again for credit. Shortly after that he called me back to say it went through. Not only did we get a newer, lower mileage car. Instead of a 30 day, 50/50 warranty from the other dealership, they got me a great deal on a 5 year, 100,000 warranty ended up being a necessity for the financing. I would highly recommend Shoepp. There was no pressure. They didn't look at me strange, even though everytime I was there I was in my beat-up piece of a car and dressed a little like I rolled out of bed 20 minutes earlier. They didn't try to make fun of MY car and try to pressure me into buying a car for myself. Also because it was my first visit to a car dealership in a long time I was skeptical of everything they said. By the time I came back after a month of visiting other dealerships I knew that a lot of the parts of car-buying are the same everywhere. The prices are similar, the cars are similar, fees, etc. the difference with Scheopp is not jus that they bent over backwards to get me approved, everyone WANTS to get you approved. The difference is that they bend over backwards to make it a pleasant experience. From being at the door to open it for you, to the couch area and t.v., to the fresh-baked, self-serve chocolate chip cookies and what I remember as decent coffee and the bathroom is clean and classy. Mark, and the other employees are so friendly and helpful. During the attempted sale of the first car I had been at the dealership for hours because initially my parents applied for their own credit. I left to go to work and no sooner did I get there then my mother was calling me to tell me to come back and sign papers. At this point Mark actually suggested that he might be able to drive the car being bought over to my job get the papers signed there. While that did not work out, probably because the car had not been cleared by the mechanics at that point, I was amazed because of how nice it was for him to do something like that More
