I have to look at the cabin and engine filters that they charged me almost double for to see if they were really changed. $200 just to change the cabin filter, another $200 for wheel alignment that wasn't needed and probably not preformed. Never purchasing any personal or business vehicles from Scranton motors or powersports again. From low trade in offers to terrible service think about purchasing from a different dealer or pick a different brand entirely. I never pay over a hundred dollars to get my truck serviced across the street and last 2 times were free of charge. More
Salesman did an outstanding job. Had issues with rear rims. Both management and service departments were completely uncooperative. They offer of fixing the rim and a $500 credit if rims couldn't be fixed is inadequate towards the new rims which cost roughly $2300. That is in spite of review of photographs from when we had first looked at the truck that showed the damage both of those rims. It was incredibly difficult to deal with service manager when his mind was already made up about the damage to the rims prior to our arrival. Mr. Zeidenberg, in my opinion, is not management material especially considering his prior background. Being a family run business we were hoping to support another family run business where we buy three vehicles for our fleet every year. However for a firm who paid for a vehicle in full, and the abysmal treatment we received from Mr. Zeidenberg, we will never return to Scranton Motors again. Nor would ever recommend to this dealership to friends, family, and colleagues. In fact we would recommend against using them all together as a result of the despicable treatment Mr. Zeidenberg subjected us to when we first approached him over this issue. We have gone to a different dealership locally who have been exponentially more helpful in resolving the issues we encountered with a brand new vehicle. More
