Angelo and the sales manager went above and beyond for me to get me into a vehicle that I was looking for for a few months now. Not only did they get me e great deal on the vehicle, I ended up taking it hom to get me into a vehicle that I was looking for for a few months now. We made an appointment for one of our tires to be replaced which took 5 days to have it finally completed. Each day we would wait to hear but didn't receive a phone call till we call to check on the replaced which took 5 days to have it finally completed. When we ask about a loaner of a car, we would inform that we were supposed to do that when dropping our vehicle off which we were never told that it was going to take 5 days to have a tire replaced. We've always been pleased with the service at Scranton Cadillac GMC of Vernon, but this last time was awful experience we had. More

If I could give a negative I would. He was the absolute worst service manager I’ve ever encountered. I strongly urge people not to do business at this establishment. Rob was yelling at me in front of my four year old. Then told me “I don’t want to fix your car” after canceling numerous appointments and not fixing the same issue four different times.
