I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable with his smile and soft spoken voice. He cared about me the client and not just hurrying through the process. He asked me would I like to go ahead with purchasing the vehicle. I said yes I want it! He made sure I had everything for the vehicle from car mats to key fobs.
