I have been using Security and have been happy for years. The oil change and tire rotation service is excellent, however during my last visit, it was determined that I was going to need new passenger seat me The oil change and tire rotation service is excellent, however during my last visit, it was determined that I was going to need new passenger seat mechanisms (car only 3 yrs old) at a cost of $1250.00 and a broken visor at a cost of $300. Feeling I had no choice on a car that new but was out of warranty, I asked the service guy to schedule me to get both done. 2 weeks went by and never heard from anyone. I took it upon myself to buy the parts directly from Mopar and have my mechanic fix the seat and I fixed the visor for a total cost with parts and labor of $600. (I can fixed this leak in 60 min if I have the parts) For top of this when I pick up BROKEN vehicle battery is DEAD , I must replace battery in my own cost?
