My experience at Shields Auto I went to Shields Auto Centerl seeking a new truck and was pretty much blown away by the close family atmosphere from everyone I met, especially Terry I went to Shields Auto Centerl seeking a new truck and was pretty much blown away by the close family atmosphere from everyone I met, especially Terry Twitchell, whom I had previous experience with. Terry is a great guy, very knowledgeble, easy to talk to, and a very stand-up guy. I'm very happy with the entire process from Terry to Teresa to meeting Greg. I love truck and I will be coming to Shields Auto for service and whenever we need a new vehicle. Just can't say enough about the warm family atmosphere which I didn't experience at other dealerships. I will refer to others about my positive experience there. More

He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He treated me with respect and helped me find a model that suited my needs. He genuinely cares about his customers and has been very helpful after the initial sale as well. I highly recommend Kyle and Shield's dealership to everyone. Teresa Smith handled the financial and insurance part of the deal and was also very friendly, efficient and helpful with that part. She was a real pleasure to talk to and it was evident she is concerned with customer satisfaction. I congratulate Rick Shields on having such valuable employees as Kyle and Teresa at his dealership. Rick has always been a man of integrity and fairness, always polite and friendly in this recent experience and in years past. More
