We've spent hours figuring out the various functions. No one at the dealership seemed completely versed in using the software. Shame on you! In regards to having to scan a QR code in order to rate the dealership/sales/service, Shottenkirk Honda needs to understand not everyone who purchases a vehicle is comfortable with QR codes and not everyone receives email messages on the mobile phones, especially the older generations. Your assumptions are incorrect and you need to know that in order to make changes. More
