Hannah was wonderful. She treated me as an equal and didn’t talk down to me. She explained every part and system of the car. She was very knowledgeable! I really appreciated the staff listening to me and accepting that I was being straight with them. I believe in the end, me and the people on the sales staff were on the same page. I very much enjoyed meeting the GM, the Service manager, the nice main who explained the extended warranty and a few of the other sales people. Only had one quick moment of feeling Ill at ease. Two different sales people told me 2 different things about the number of HRV’s that were on the lot on that day. Kinda made me sad because everyone had been so straight with me til that point. Anyway. Y’all get an A+++from me. More
The dealership, I love. I’ve never met an unfriendly employee there, until my last visit for service. The service writer was rude. Not happy with my service consultant from this visit. I had a cracked windshield. She said she would get a replacement price from the partner they use and be in touch with me Monday.
