We were driving by Atlanta and unfortunately our car broke down on a Friday evening. The next day I called Shottenkirk Honda and Ms. Angie Angell answered me. She nicely, patiently and professionally ke broke down on a Friday evening. The next day I called Shottenkirk Honda and Ms. Angie Angell answered me. She nicely, patiently and professionally kept me updated and explained what’s going on. It turned out to be a serious issue. I was offered to have a rental car and they knew I am out of town and so kept my car on high priority. It had taken days to get all work done. I am not local so I was worried. The service manager - Mr. Tyler Bone offered more helps. On the day when i went there to pick up my car, he purposely came up to meet with me. I feel it’s a Honda team and a Honda home. Everyone there warmly greeted you. I also thank so much the technicians. You all are awesome. Taking about 14 hours to drive back home, I felt exhausted but glad to know the people at Shottenkirk Honda. Thank you all and wish you all the best! More

Dana Fancher was quick and helpful on making my deal. I had had a bad experience with my local Tennessee dealer and worked with Dana over the phone. I scheduled my paperwork the following Friday. I'm sor I had had a bad experience with my local Tennessee dealer and worked with Dana over the phone. I scheduled my paperwork the following Friday. I'm sorry to say the dealership dropped the ball at that point. I made it clear that I wanted to sign the paperwork and get back to work as soon as possible. Somehow after calling me two times to schedule my pick up time, there was an issue with leasing to a Tennessee resident. They wanted to make sure my vehicle was ready but apparently no consideration was given to the paperwork. I arrived at 9 am sharp when they opened and finally was on my way home almost 3 hours later. They did make time to try to sell me a service agreement after being there 2 hours. Apparently I should count myself lucky as the Michael Welch said most deals take 4 hours. It was infuriating because I've closed my last 2 mortgages in less than 20 minutes. The Honda Ridgeline I leased is great. Their consideration for customers' time not so much. I sent an email about my experience to the general manage and the manager of my deal and got no response. Had a received any response, I would not be writing this review. More
