Darien was a great person to deal with. made singing the documents less painful. He knew we were tired and ready to go, he was professional , honest, and fast but didn't make you feel rush. made singing the documents less painful. Drew was our sales person, he was wonderful, very patient with us, worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted with in our price range. He understood where we stood with the car, he understood what we needed and want and what we were going to leave with. he literally went above and beyond to help us. i highly recommend these people, they were nice, sufficient gave you all the time you needed to think of thing, honest, and also very informative. Although Richard Lewis, the owner, called me directly to apologize for the actions of the new car sales manager I still have to give this dealership only 1 star. The new car sales manager, Kevin Dowdy, is a apologize for the actions of the new car sales manager I still have to give this dealership only 1 star. The new car sales manager, Kevin Dowdy, is an absolutely horrible person and should be avoided at all costs. He ruined our entire experience at this dealership. Although everyone else we interacted with was a joy to work with, Kevin's actions tainted our experience and I will not be returning to make a purchase, nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone I know while he is still employed with them. We purchased our vehicle for $47k and when we got home, found the sticker in the glovebox witched stated the MSRP at $42k. We called looking for an explanation of the $5k price difference and Kevin stated that we should have all of the information in our paperwork. We looked and looked and did not find anything so Kevin said we needed to drive back to the dealership so he could explain it. When we arrived he did not greet us but simply walked past and said "let's go over here" and took us to a locked office. When we sat down I started to ask what the price difference was and he cut me off and started explaining the $5k protection package in a very condescending way. We explained that we had declined the protection package and all extended warranties. He said it didn't matter and it was added anyway. At this point he suggested we talk to the general sales manager, Jason. Jason agreed with us that the protection package was not explained to us, and was no where to be found in our paperwork. He did his best to offer us some compensation and we ended up with crossbars, a luggage carrier, and 5 years of oil changes for the vehicle. I appreciate the gesture, but at the end of the day Kevin knowingly deceived us and took $5k from us. Unacceptable. I wrote an email to the owner telling him about our experience and he personally called to apologized. I appreciate this gesture as well, but Kevin is still employed and who knows how many people he has done this to. Richard seems to be ok with Kevin lying and cheating his customers so in my book he is condoning this behavior which is just as bad. More
