I only have Shottenkirk work on my car. They change the oil, and do the tire rotations as needed. The last time that I was there, I discovered that I was missing a lug nut. Then I bought two new tires and they charged me for another missing lug nut. They are the ones who must have lost it, but apparently it's my expense to fix their sloppy work. During the visit to install the 2 new tires, I got an oil change. They didn't update the oil change sticker and it still shows the old mileage. If I'm going to pay premium dealership prices, it would be nice if the service actually reflected the work being done. Terrible experience. More

Had to wait for the mechanic to arrive @9AM when my appointment was at 8AM. Service person said the appointment did say the customer would wait while the vehicle was being worked on, showed him the em appointment was at 8AM. Service person said the appointment did say the customer would wait while the vehicle was being worked on, showed him the email response from Zach when the appointment was made, and it clearly stated the customer would be waiting. Mechanic argued the recall was not covered and we would need to pay out of pocket, but when he was shown the recall papers, his only comment was, well that is not how Ford does it. Then the parts needed to be ordered, even though they knew a head of time what the issue was. Still waiting since July 14 if our parts have arrived at the store yet. The appointment was a waste of time, nothing was fixed only diagnosed. More
