Initial experience was alright, the employees I worked with were very nice. However, within 30 days of purchase, I already have an engine issue that I scheduled service for and drove all the way to dealer with were very nice. It doesn’t necessarily surprised that I purchased a car that immediately had issues or that I’m paying additional money for a warranty that can’t be used on weekends when the majority of people are actually available, but then you continue to email asking if I recommend this dealership. So here you are: absolutely not ever. In fact, I’ve specifically not recommended this dealership to the people I know who are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Added a couple accessories to the vehicle and they wanted me to leave without them being installed. Talked to the GM who said I will be making his people stay late...and that he was going to lose money with my sale, xxx, if you are losing money, how and why are you selling me the vehicle then? Had to argue with them for at least 2 hours and threatened to leave because they were adamant about completing a credit application and a back up contract. The main seller (Alejandro) was nice, no complains about him. They lack general knowledge about the product they're selling. Couldn't answer a simple question about towing capacity, engine specs, and general specs on the vehicle. More
