The salesmen in this dealership are dishonest. I had the worst buying experience. At the beginning, they said that they don't want to go back and forth with the degotiatons which was exactly what I had the worst buying experience. At the beginning, they said that they don't want to go back and forth with the degotiatons which was exactly what I wanted. The events that took place was complete opposite. There were 4 salesmen involved who played tag team. Salesman 1 gives me an iPad so that they could start running my credit. I told him, before you run my credit, I want to negotiate. I ask for a $500 discount. Salesman 1: He goes to salesman 2, then comes back to tell me the price is firm So, I I threatened to leave. Salesman 2 comes out and gives me gave the discount. Then they tried to sneak in an extra $4000 for optional equipment. I said "no, then the deal is off." So Salesman 2 said they will remove the $4000. Then Salesman 2 comes back and says only $3000 can be removed. I said "no". Then he removed all $4000. Then Salesman 2 says my interest rate is 9.99% . I told them that I qualify for Honda Financial interest of 5.99% for a certified prepwned vehicle. Honda corporation and all Honda dealerships advertise the rate. So I walked out of the building. Salesman 1 chases me and said they will give me 5.99% Then Salesman 3 comes out saying that there is no 5.99% offer, so they will give me 6.99% So i told saleman 3, that's it, I'm done. I'm leaving . He says "ok" then leaves. Then a saleman 4 comes out and starts talking to the other salesmen. Salesman 2 comes and tell me they called the owner of the dealership and got me approved for 5.99% These salesmen were doing their job of executing on all of their dishonest sales tactics. Ultimately, 3 hours later, I took ownership of the car, but it was the worst car buying experience in my life. More

It was a good experience, took a little longer than they told me it would. But at least they fixed all the recalls on my car. They were nice. It was fine. For the first time in 40 years, we did not have the long wait time tactics that most car dealerships employ, so we are very appreciative of Karen and Sierra Honda for the respect they extended to us. We shall return to Sierra Honda and Karen for our n cut vehicle. I hope Karen will be there but it wouldn’t surprise us if she gets ‘snapped up’ by another dealership as she is brilliant! More
