It wasn't until we were ready to drive our just-bought car off the lot that we were told there was only one key fob. We should have received two; and we are not happy about the fact that we only have one car off the lot that we were told there was only one key fob. We should have received two; and we are not happy about the fact that we only have one! Also: we had a cashier's check for the full amount, and they still tried to do a credit check which took another unnecessary hour; and the credit check didn't go through because one of us has frozen the account.
