Ken James did a great job matching me with perfect vehicle. Super friendly and not pushy at all. They would not honor $32 off new battery, although they said battery "failed test". Car was not washed. Felt like a "bait and switch" toe. Two weeks ago another vendor in SV stated that battery was "fin said battery "failed test". Car was not washed. Felt like a "bait and switch" toe. Two weeks ago another vendor in SV stated that battery was "fine"..Rep could not explain difference. I felt like I was asking a barber if I needed a haircut. Have never received good service from this dealership More

Lynn and Ry'n are the best! Since I live 100 miles from the dealership, Lynn walked me through the process of purchasing my new vehicle online. It was so easy! It took about a month for my vehicle to arrive and Lynn kept me updated of the progress along the way. He was always quick to answer my questions before and after the purchase as well. Ry'n delivered the car and stayed with me for almost 2 hours while he went over everything for me and answered my questions. Both Lynn and Ry'n offered top notch customer service.
