Service personnel were courteous, efficient, and helpful. This visit was my first (1st) “warranty” visit with my new vehicle. All personnel in the service department were outstanding in their approach, and This visit was my first (1st) “warranty” visit with my new vehicle. All personnel in the service department were outstanding in their approach, and demeanor. I especially noticed this as the Service manager interfaced with an elderly lady. He was both helpful, caring, and courteous with the lady. He wasn’t too shabby with me also.... (I’m a 79 year old retired Army Sergeant Major. I have observed the attitudes of many, many personnel in my 30 years in the Military.. This service manager, Mr. Morris, went well above the standards one would expect in dealing with customers. Should have been better! Second service at Sierra as you can see on your system . I was unfortunately here when service was due this time tires were rotated front to back, oil looks clean although pan plug had no indication of being removed, couldn't see if oil filter was changed on work order said air filter was charged for but was not recieved due to I have a cleanable one on . Which from both visits to Sierra indicates to me you have less than honorable employees. Also Service Advisor told me I needed a new battery, which when I checked was putting out 12.7 DC and charging at over 14 DC. How would you rate your experience if you were me? More
