My battery died and the Service Dept was able to solve the issue in about 30 minutes. They realized that my battery was defective and replaced it at no charge. Very good and professional We own since new a 2001 Echo with 329,000 miles and Sierra Toyota has serviced it 99% of the services and have taken good care of us and the car. By the way, the Echo has been back east 4 or 5 times and it has been to highest point and the lowest point one can drive in the United States. That is why I take the Honda to Sierra Toyota because they are professional and do an excellent job. Sorry about the Honda, it was our neighbors and we got a good deal on it. More

2015SequoiaService Sierra Toyota has serviced my Sequoia from the beginning, even though I live out of town and did not purchase from them. This past service was perform Sierra Toyota has serviced my Sequoia from the beginning, even though I live out of town and did not purchase from them. This past service was performed on short notice. I needed to go out of town on an emergency and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They have always provided good service and I will continue to have my Sequoia serviced at Sierra Toyota. When in the market for a new Toyota, I will definitely shop here first. More
