Went to pickup my car after giving it out for service and notice that I did not receive my complimentary car wash. I question the attendant about not receiving the car was and he lied that it was washed. He notice that I did not receive my complimentary car wash. I question the attendant about not receiving the car was and he lied that it was washed. He then asked me if I could wait for 20 minutes more. Then he took may car spray water to make believe it was wash. The service is not on par as it use to be. Poor customer service More

Long story short, the service provided by my salesman Richard Donoso was immaculate. Our interests were accounted for and taken care of every step of the way. Even when we went past regular operating hou Richard Donoso was immaculate. Our interests were accounted for and taken care of every step of the way. Even when we went past regular operating hours for the dealership, Richard and the rest of the staff at Silver Star recognized that we were far from home made sure to get us the car in time for New Years!
