Great sales people. Combative body shop manager. Could use some training in customer service. Sales agreed to have Skyline install my "Decked" cargo bed drawer system as Combative body shop manager. Could use some training in customer service. Sales agreed to have Skyline install my "Decked" cargo bed drawer system as part of the sales agreement on my Ranch F150. I brought it to the body shop at 8am. The body shop manager started arguing right away. They had scheduled me at 10am (I have a text for 8am). The body shop manager told me I would be charged for any extra time or modifications to install. This was not part of the agreement I had with Skyline. I felt attacked for something I believed should have been a friendly courteous service. I've been a Skyline customer for 33 years. My son used to work here years ago in the body shop. I was left with a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach today. More
