I needed to purchase a company vehicle and didn’t want to waste time. Unfortunately, I started with two other local Toyota dealerships instead of Sloane and both were a mess. My requests were ignored, I was waste time. Unfortunately, I started with two other local Toyota dealerships instead of Sloane and both were a mess. My requests were ignored, I was forced into the outdated car-buying routine of sitting in a cubicle while a sales rep vanished for 45 minutes, only to return with a manager to pressure the deal and tell me the car they claimed to have wasn’t actually available. I then contacted Sloane, clearly explained what I wanted and the terms under which I would buy and it turned into the single best car-buying experience of my life. No games. Just honest answers. They delivered exactly what they promised, including getting the vehicle to me within 15 minutes in a completely frictionless process. Alex Jackson and Jamie Findley were true professionals and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to experience how buying a car should feel. More
