My beloved car (that I only had for 6 months) was totaled in an accident and I needed a new one. I'll admit, buying another car was more of an 'I need to do this' task rather than something I was excited abo in an accident and I needed a new one. I'll admit, buying another car was more of an 'I need to do this' task rather than something I was excited about or looking forward to. I wasn't enthusiastic about getting another car so quickly and it showed. I had also never purchased a car from a dealer before and I had weeks' worth of anxiety and sleepless nights stressing out about it. But Rob Fox and the people at Sloane made the process easy and as pleasant as it could be. Rob handled everything for me, including speaking with my insurance. He was patient and thorough in making sure I understood everything that was going on and showing me the features of the car. He was so nice and never made me feel stupid, pressured, or rushed. If I refused any additional features, it was promptly understood and respected by everyone. It was a great experience and while I'm still not happy that I had to find another car so quickly, I'm glad to have a car again and grateful that the process went so smoothly. Thanks Rob! More
