Terrific sales, deeply problematic financing Alex Jackson was an outstanding salesman, beginning to end. I didn't want to do this in person or by phone, and he was very responsive over email. He was a good negotiator and we came to an attractive, competitive price. I told him I didn't want to take a lot of time and I could tell he worked very hard to keep time to a minimum. Ray in financing was the opposite. Not only did he push the warranties that I didn't want (for which I don't blame him), but he actually signed me up for everything when I rejected everything. If I hadn't run the numbers before coming in, I would've ended up paying $145 per month for services I had just told him I rejected. He said this was a mistake, but I doubt this. At least, this kind of a mistake is extremely problematic. Even after that, he dragged the process out trying to convince me that I was making a mistake in rejecting extra warranty coverage. He was the opposite of Alex in ways that made me appreciate Alex and feel disrespected (even manipulated) by Ray. More

Great Experience My experience at Sloane Toyota of Glenside had to have been one of the easiest car deals I have ever taken part in. From the very beginning, Sylvia (i My experience at Sloane Toyota of Glenside had to have been one of the easiest car deals I have ever taken part in. From the very beginning, Sylvia (internet specialist) was incredibly helpful and informative. As I live almost two hours from this dealership, I needed as much information as possible before committing to driving the distance out there. Sylvia remained patient with me through all of this, and always responded very quickly to my inquiries. From this point, I made the decision to drive to the dealership and give them a shot. And I’m so glad that I did. Upon arrival, I was met by Rob Fox. We sat down and I explained exactly what I was looking for financially. He was very pleasant to work with, and his honest, to-the-point demeanor was perfect for me. Knowing I was exhausted from my work day and the drive out, Rob worked very quickly with his team and within probably about an hour and a half, we shook hands on a deal. Every single person I encountered during this experience was so welcoming, knowledgeable and overall just very friendly and genuine. Despite the fact that I was there well past closing, Rob stayed behind to make sure I fully understood all the new tech features I was receiving in my new truck.
