My service person is Rick Santos. I called to make an appt and the girl said nothing until July 18. My tire light was on so I knew it was serious. Rick lets his long time customers know we are valued and important. It turned out I needed 2 new tires. I am 73 years old and I am so glad he took care of my needs as I was afraid I would be stranded with 2 flat tires!!!! I highly recommend Toyota of Philadelphia for new and used cars. As long as Rick Santos works there, I will continue to buy my cars at Sloan Toyota of Philadelphia. To top off my great service appointment they threw in a car wash as my car was filthy.
