Outstanding dealership experience! The Toyota brand is not hard to sell but I've had experience at dealerships' of the Lexus brand whom I will not mention that were just miserable. He was knowledgeable of the models, not at all pushy for a fast sale, and immediately took me for a test drive on a miserably cold night the first week on Jan. Louis had no issue with the fact that I planned to test drive a Subaru and Honda model afterward. The last week of the month I was back to purchase my new Crown Signia. Louis in sales, John Ferranola in finance, and the charming lady Carol whom picked me up from the train station were just wonderful. Great team, Thank you! More
