At smithtown Toyota I was treated like an individual, not a number. All of my wants, needs and concerns were addressed. I was not given the run around and asked to settle for something I didn't want. I was treated like family by my salesman Lou B, the sales manager Guy Albergo and my finance manager Diego. Lou found me the exact car I wanted and worked to get it in the price range I wanted. I would never go anywhere else again to be treated like a number and lied to. Smithtown Toyota rocks!! More

Sean is the BEST! Sean Deitz is by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. From that moment on, my experience was nothing short of excellent! Meghan has got it down! She is pleasant, knowledgable, and accommodating. Her personality is so real, and refreshing. She is a genuine "people pleaser". I am so happy with my new Tacoma Sport! Meghan made sure I got the exact model and color I was looking for. She explained all I needed to know to drive away with confidence. She later called to remind me that she is there if I have questions or need assistance with my new vehicle in the future. Meghan gave me a detail info about the Camry, including functions and price. I asked many questions and compared Camry with Corolla. She answered with patience and graceful manner. I felt her professional knowledge was better than the level of her industry experience. Maybe the store manager also did a good job. I feel guilty that I did not buy Camry from Meghan because the service she provided was the best experience. I purchased at other dealer because they accept payment of credit card and personal check. I did not go to bank to buy certified check. More

Exceeded my expectations I've leased 2 Corollas from Ben Zimmet. Not only did he offer me VERY competitive prices, but he treated me with courtesy and respect. Any phone I've leased 2 Corollas from Ben Zimmet. Not only did he offer me VERY competitive prices, but he treated me with courtesy and respect. Any phone messages I left were always promptly returned. On more than one occasion, he stayed past his scheduled departure time and/or altered his work schedule to accommodate me. Most recently, he linked my new iPhone to my Corolla's Bluetooth, some 6 months after I'd leased the car, after I'd unsuccessfully attempted to do so myself and had thrown up my hands in discouragement. And I NEVER asked him to do any of this - he offered to do these things for me without any prompting on my part. When I leased my first Corolla, my situation was such that it was necessary to sell the car I was presently driving before I could go into a new one. Too many salespeople at other dealerships pretty much turned their backs and walked away once they learned that I wasn't ready to sign up on my first visit. When I met Ben at Smithtown Toyota, he acknowledged my situation and promised to work out a good price when I was ready. This was such a refreshing change, based on what I'd encountered at other dealerships, that I made it my business to go back to him the day after my car was sold and the money had changed hands. True to his word, Ben offered me a VERY attractive and competitive price on the Corolla S I had been admiring. And the same was true with the 2016 Corolla S I'm presently leasing. If I don't but this car at the end of the lease, which I may well do because I like it so much, I'll definitely lease another one from Ben. Since truly professional salespeople like Ben are a rare commodity in too many car dealerships - why mess with success? More
Attention to Detail My wife just bought a new 2017 Corolla SE. We've been to the dealership before for good service on her older one.
