Lou was very straightforward, knowledgeable about the car, didn't try to make things up, no BS whatsoever. He spent a lot of time with us, even after the sale was done, explaining the car features and setting us up. Regarding the price, the dealership is also good - right off the bat they offered a fair price. It was still more than I was ready to pay, but not by much. Since I was flexible about car color and options, they could meet my price. I think, at a hard sell dealership, I could have negotiated the price a few dollars lower, but it's just not worth it - anyhow, the price we've got was good and stress free purchasing experience was even better.
