I believe that Jamie Euceda is doing the best he can when it comes to helping the customer. But there is something that is preventing 5-star service. I brought in my car for a bent rim. They did not it comes to helping the customer. But there is something that is preventing 5-star service. I brought in my car for a bent rim. They did not replace the rim, but rather sent it out to be restored. The person who restored it did not perfectly fix the wheel. It was very very bent still, and as such, I wore out the tire unevenly. I brought the car to Huntington VW, and they immediately diagnosed the problem to uneven tire wear and a bent rim. They also said I needed an alignment, which I already had done with Smithtown. So bottom line, I paid for a tire replacement, and wheel "repair" as well as an alignment, and got huge drive noise attributed to massive uneven wear. I wasted a whole business day taking it to another dealership to get a 2nd opinion, because Smithtown basically put up their hands and could not fix the problem. They were kind enough to provide me with a loaner car while they were figuring it out, which is why I credit Jamie for customer service... but the technicians are not fixing the problem. And I paid in good faith for an alignment that is literally good for nothing. Also, before this all began, I burned an ENTIRE weekend because the outsourced tire repair guy didn't deliver my wheel back, and I sat in the waiting room from open to close on a Saturday. Sorry Smithtown, I spent loads of money at this dealership on repairs, maintenance, and I bought a vehicle here... but I will sadly not be returning. More
