I am so happy to write this review! Everyone who worked with us at Smythe Volvo was fantastic. We were dealing with an unusual and difficult circumstance and Paul Leary, who answered my Everyone who worked with us at Smythe Volvo was fantastic. We were dealing with an unusual and difficult circumstance and Paul Leary, who answered my call, listened patiently and empathically. He told me that Kyle would be able to help us and assured me that he would be sensitive to our circumstance and easy to communicate with. Paul was so right! Kyle is the consummate professional! Without a doubt, Kyle made this car buying experience the best we have ever had! We ended up getting two new Volvos. Jeff Morocho helped us become acquainted with our new cars. He is perfect for his job- kind, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely patient! Francine O’Donnell helped us on the business end and was able to make the transaction easy! Needless to say, we are very impressed with the Smythe sales team and would recommend them highly. So far, we are loving our new cars! More
