After I was unable to purchase a Rav-4 from them due to extenuating circumstances, I noticed that they'd gotten a CRV in stock, and I was very excited because that was my ideal car. I contacted Bob and he extenuating circumstances, I noticed that they'd gotten a CRV in stock, and I was very excited because that was my ideal car. I contacted Bob and he made sure to set it aside for me to look at and test drive, and it drove wonderfully. The sticking point for me was going to be the price, but thankfully, they were able to work with me and the lender, and get my payment to right within my budget! The pickup - while on a bit of a tight schedule due to my hours not coinciding with the dealerships (No ones fault!) went extremely smoothly, and they even assisted me in moving all of my things from one car to another. My experience here was pitch perfect with professionalism and politeness - I couldn't have asked for better (Except perhaps a cheaper call - haha, joking!) More
