Leased a 2024 XC90 yesterday, my second one from Smythe. Could not be more pleased with the team over there, Kyle (Sales), Jean (Delivery Specialist), and Abood (Finance) had helped me this go around. I was extremely impressed with the sales department at Smythe Volvo. This is my second vehicle from Smythe Volvo as I purchased a XC90 in 2016. From first impression to final delivery of my new leased XC9 Smythe Volvo. This is my second vehicle from Smythe Volvo as I purchased a XC90 in 2016. From first impression to final delivery of my new leased XC90, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. A shout out to Steve Riecker who worked diligently with me as I navigated understanding the leasing program and a delay due to a personal issue. He was patient and never put on the hard sale pressure which is notorious in purchasing a car. Santiago Piriz explained all the financing and add-on service options. Jean Delva was thorough in explaining the features upon delivery of my new car. And Braeden Canfield in the parts department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the add-ons of a roof rack and rubber car mats. He even installed the racks. I am a very satisfied Smythe Volvo customer. More
