I've been to multiple Volvo dealerships over the years. After 2 volvo's and going on my third, I can confidently say Smythe has the best operation I've seen anywhere on the east coast. Their standard is excellence, and every interaction I've had with them has been flawless. The service department is the best in the country in my opinion. If their work isn't perfect, they send your car back until it is. Bob Cerza from sales was no exception to that rule. He responded to every question I had with an an honest answer, and was on top of me at every turn of the process to make sure I didn't forget something (and he's older than me). Even finance was exceptional. Francine was accurate, prescience, and made the whole transaction seamless. We were done in under 20 minutes. As someone in the middle of a move, I really appreciate this typically stressful event being turned into a easy and painless one. thanks. More
