They are a reputable dealer and I appreciated the transparency about the the car stats, fees and loan interest rates. The payment amount Kyle estimated at his desk before even running my credit (just based on the info I provided) ended up being exactly on the dollar with what Francine in the finance department came up with after processing my loan. The cherry on top to my experience was being able to borrow a car since my own car was not ready to be taken home. Once I picked up my car, Derek walked me through all the cool high tech features in the car and helped me get my phone app set up. Kyle and the whole team at Volvo Smythe went above and beyond and made me feel at home. Totally recommend. If you are thinking of upgrading or need a new car, go see these guys! This visit was to buy out my lease and purchase my 2018 XC60 (I would have leased again but Volvo has discontinued and would never go anywhere else.
