Even though I purchased my car in December my Sales Rep Stacey helped me out the same way he did back in December when he sold me the car. Which was very thoughtful. Every time my mom or I reached out to him he responded promptly and made me feel more comfortable about bringing my car back to get serviced. Thank you again Stacey for everything! Talk about A1 Service! I called Brandon the day before and he was very polite/helpful with allowing me to bring my car in due to my work schedule conflicting with the original time my appointment was. He followed up when my car was done being serviced wanting to make sure they did not miss anything and I was really appreciative for that. I also learned a few new things about my truck with a truck lesson I was given by him. Thank you for the insight! We scheduled online a test drive with one of the sales person around 2 weeks back. When we arrived, the sale rep was over booked ( had 3 clients at same time) and so he didn't had time for us. Not sure why would they would book 3 clients at same time .. Anyhow another sales rep was assigned to work us. He was nice and did answer all our queries. However there was no followup done by him after the visit.Since the visit we have been looking online and requesting quotes for cars we like but response. Seems like they are not interested in selling cars when someone is ready to buy one. I even went to dealer rate site and sent a email to the sales rep. He responded back within few minutes but again after that no follow. Have emailed him few times and no response. Very unprofessional buck of people . Haven’t seen such a lack of customer service like this at other dealerships.. More
This dealer was easy to deal with, provided me w easy processing of my vehicle transfer . And the prices were fair.
