Sunroof Leak Professionally Addressed Tom and crew successfully and timely addressed a clogged sunroof drain on my 2015 certified pre-owned XC60. Upon pulling out of a parking lot, approx Tom and crew successfully and timely addressed a clogged sunroof drain on my 2015 certified pre-owned XC60. Upon pulling out of a parking lot, approximately half a gallon of water flowed out onto the passenger side floor from behind the glove box. This occurred the week after purchasing the vehicle. Although frustrated and disappointed at the time, I am happy to report that the issue was addressed properly the first time. After experiencing similar heavy rain, not a drop has leaked into the car since the repair. Tom and the service staff were extremely professional and took the time to explain the issue and the repair. The vehicle was done when promised. I am very pleased with the service department and appreciate their quick, courteous and professional service. More

Without being overbearing, they let me know that they were there to help in any way possible - and personally called to help me with my appointment. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we saw that the cars were in excellent shape and Paul Leary was a delight to work with. He did everything to make us feel comfortable and took the time to walk us through the details of the car we were reviewing. He was quick to pick up on our previous Volvo experience and realized he could focus on certain details without necessary trying to "sell" us a car we already knew we wanted. The finance team, including Shaun Hayes, was also extremely supportive and informative. They answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we understand all of the details of the sale. There was no high pressure sales approach one comes to expect from a car dealership; an attribute that makes buying a car at Smythe an exception to the rule. More
