When we narrowed down the choices we took my desired car for a test drive; I was so impressed with the car that I decided to pull the trigger right away. When it came time to iron out the price, they gave me one that was impossible to pass up. Following the negotiations, Kyle Jackson further assisted us by completing the necessary paperwork as well as giving me a tour of the car. No details were skipped in the process. I am completely satisfied by the Smythe Volvo dealership, and even more so with Chris and Kyle who went above and beyond in order to assist me in the best way possible. More

Even then, Deborah followed-up on messages and emails to understand our expectations and timeline and helped us work out the deal. We were looking for specific technologies in the car that were available in the R-Design model whose waiting period is longer than Momentum and Inscription. Deborah walked us to through all the packages and options, and showed us the possibility that add all the required options and packages to Inscription model to get the car earlier than expected. We were very impressed her knowledge and thought process. We were even confused about which color to choose for car as we planned to order upfront. Even though the XC 40's were not available, Deborah patiently walked us through the lot to show us XC 60, XC 90 and other sedan models to just show the colors so that we can imagine how XC 40 will look like. We really appreciated this. More
