Remarkable We were driving to NJ for the Christmas holidays from the Carolina's when we received an email offer for an oil change service. (Former NJ residents) We decided to see if they could fit us in during our visit. We were delighted that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice! Better yet as the weather forecast changed we decided to depart for the south a day earlier. To our amazement, Smythe worked their magic and fit us in a day earlier. The service was performed quickly while we sat in their comfortable waiting room and our car was also given a courtesy wash ! A very pleasing experience, thanks to Doug, Regina and the service crew. This enabled us to start our journey south and avoid the bad winter weather that had been predicted. More

Loved the XC90, but really loved Deborah, the sales person who accompanied me on the drive. She was super knowledgeable about the XC90 and all of its overwhelming amount of technology. Most salespeople I've dealt with in the past apply too much pressure and sales tactics in order to close the deal. It's not fun and always leaves me feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Not Deborah. She treated me like a friend, someone who is just easy to talk to. No pressure, no shadiness. Just a pleasant and easy going experience. I would certainly recommend Smythe Volvo, definitely a top notch facility. But too a higher degree, I would recommend visiting with Deborah. More
