Our last purchase was with Tom, who since retired and now both Paul and PJ stepped in without missing a beat. I called and asked to speak with one of the managers. When I was referred to PJ, I explained that as a long-time customer, I needed to speak with someone knowledgeable about a new S90. He just said, 'start talking. I'm listening'. After I explained what I needed, he kept in contact until we had the car and price point. Paul Leary took us on a test drive and explained all the new features, far beyond the S80 we were retiring. Paul also took care of the delivery, discussed Service and again went through the features and made sure we were comfortable before driving home. The following day, Paul called to follow-up, just to see if he could be of additional assistance and offered to provide another lesson on the technology, should we desire. All in all, a great way to purchase or lease a car. More

I have worked with many different car dealers over the years, and I have never seen a team who cares more or has more of a GENUINE service mentality. Every person here seems to be dedicated to ensuring that you are cared for from the moment you walk in the doors until the moment you leave with a car--and frankly, even after you leave with your car. When they say call or stop in at any time if you need help, they mean it! They are extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the Volvo brand. They took so much time explaining every feature of the car I got and never seemed rushed at all. Their only concern is to ensure your comfort. There is a distinct culture at Smythe Volvo, and it is evident with every interaction. All of the people there are eager to help and seem to truly enjoy what they do. I can't say enough how this was so much better than any other car dealer experience I've ever had--even ones I thought were exceptional.
