Excellent customer service I always go back to Smythe due to the service I receive. I now have a Ford and still go to Smythe for my service needs... Steller customer service 2x in one week The service team at Smythe Volvo is incredible. I was there on Monday and Mike Watson helped me after my car was damaged by a sign post. He ordered al The service team at Smythe Volvo is incredible. I was there on Monday and Mike Watson helped me after my car was damaged by a sign post. He ordered all the parts and ensured that they got painted in a timely manner. He went above and beyond when he took pictures of the damage to explain to me what needed to be fixed and why. He even sent me the pictures so I can use them in my claim against the township. He documented his efforts so well that when I came in on Thursday with a flat tire (unrelated to the first incident) Regina was able to check on the parts and get them installed at the same time my flat was being fixed. I can't thank the team at Smythe Volvo enough for making the best out of a bad situation. The service team far exceeded my expectations! More

Lost my key, you guys went above and beyond to help me! I was a new hire at Verizon in a week of training at Basking Ridge (I drove down from Boston). I lost my key to my Volvo s80, and was concerned that I was a new hire at Verizon in a week of training at Basking Ridge (I drove down from Boston). I lost my key to my Volvo s80, and was concerned that I would not be able to drive home. I got unbelievable help from your service and parts department. An incredibly nice woman from service called the parts person on her cell to figure out how to have a valet key overnighted so I could drive home. As luck would have it, my key was found and turned into security at Verizon, who returned it to me. I didn't end up needing to have the valet key overnighted from CA after all. But I tell you what, if I knew anyone looking to by a volvo near Basking Ridge, I would certainly strongly reccommend Smythe Volvo!!! Many thanks, Bob Wheeler More
