I Have been dealing with Smythe Volvo for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience in service or sales. We started using them for service though we had purchased our first Volvo from a different and have never had a bad experience in service or sales. The service was prompt. I brought car in early in the morning and the repair was done in about an hour - as promised. The staff was exceedingly friendly and cooperative in fulfilling my needs. When I went to leave , the worker drove my car to the door and handed me the keys. It doesn't get better than that! More

I have been receiving the same excellent service at Smythe since 1977 when I bought my first Volvo.Most impressive has been the accuracy and reliability of their service department. My present Volvo is Smythe since 1977 when I bought my first Volvo.Most impressive has been the accuracy and reliability of their service department. My present Volvo is a 2001 model that is being "kept alive" by Smythe's service team. Now in retirement and on a fixed income a new Volvo is a big consideration for me. However, Smythe Volvo and the quality of their service department will be a strong factor in my decision. More

Had a quick service on my Volvo, service department was friendly, and was out of there within 30 minutes on a saturday morning. I even was showed the part that needed repair. I purchased my 2008 XC70 from Smythe. The sales process was refreshingly honest and my dealings with, and the work provided by, the services department have been great. My experience with the Smythe service department has once again been a great experience. Nick handled the repair and communication with me with fantastic customer service skills explaining what was found to again been a great experience. Nick handled the repair and communication with me with fantastic customer service skills explaining what was found to be wrong on my vehicle beyond what the initial visit was for. I rely on Smythe to be my eyes and ears mechanically to keep my Volvo going strong. I would highly recommend Smythe for both service and sales. More
