Left the car - '12 S60 - to have several accessories installed. Got a lift home after a quick stop at the service desk. I've been dealing with Smythe Volvo on a semi-regular basis for 6+ years. When it was time to choose some roof accessories for my wifes XC90 Greg was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable with the top aftermarket companies and Volvo's current accessory promotions, all of which helped with my decision. The parts department had the standard style roof bars in stock which Greg recommended. They did not have the ski carrier and kayak carrier in stock, however he was able to have it delivered the following day. The next day I received a friendly call from Greg notifying me that the parts have arrived. Overall I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of service, speed, and friendliness at Smythe. More

I was at Smythe in December 2011 to have a loose steering wheel looked at. My wait was short, the service employees friendly and informative and the fix was simple and done at no charge. Traveling through town, my tail gate would not shut. I called Smythe to ask if they could take the car in to fix it. Although they were totally booked, they told me to come down and they would take a loo called Smythe to ask if they could take the car in to fix it. Doug was a pleasure to work with.
