My headlight went out. I easily made an appointment on the dealership website, and drove down the next morning. I was comfortably sat in the showroom at my own table with bottomless Starbucks coffee. I received a text with an email from the tech explaining what needed service (besides the headlight). The repairs were completed, and I got in my car and drove away. This was about as easy a service appointment as I can remember. South Bay Hyundai is not the closest dealer to me, but clearly worth the longer drive. More
