Jack, my service advisor was great. Hyundai is lucky to have him. The service center was fine as well. But it took8 months from the time I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in to get a Hyundai is lucky to have him. The service center was fine as well. But it took8 months from the time I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in to get a new engine until I finally got the car back with the new engine. That is kind of ridiculous. And I had to pay to rent a car for the first 2.5 months my car was out until Hyundai approved giving me a loaner. So again, Jack was great, but it should never have taken 8 months to get the new engine in my car. More

The dealership was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Their time estimate for the length of the service was spot on, even though it was rather long at about 3 hours.
