She then Informed me that because of the heavy service work log it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for my car service. She then asked if I wanted to wait in the service lounge or if I would prefer to use their one-way complimentary shuttle service. I choose the shuttle which arrived within ten minutes. I explained what I needed on the phone and Terry sent me the quote by email. I made the appointment with Terry and test drove three cars (2020 G80, 2019 G80 and 2020 G70). I chose 2019 G80 and told him to write up the contract without even negotiating because I believed him when he said he gave me the best price. I went to lunch while the car is being prepared. When I came back from lunch the contract was prepared and the car was ready. Before driving off we notice the trim on the door was discolored and looked bad and used. Terry got a cleaner and tried to shine it but didn't work. I said just replace it if it cannot be cleaned the next time I bring in for service. He called me the next day and asked me to bring the car in because one of the mechanic can take care of it. It just shows that Terry really takes good care of his customers and keeps his promise. I will recommend to any of my friends with confidence. More

However, Southbay Hyundai operates differently. I was helped by a gentleman named Paul and he showed me a few options and then was able to help me with make the selection that best fit my needs. I left feeling like I received excellent value with my purchase and did not have any buyers remorse. I will be coming back to purchase my next car soon.
