First, making an appointment on line was very easy. Within one minute someone came over to assist me. I inform the person that Jack is my service advisor and they immediately inform Jack. Jack came right over and assist me and gave me the wait time for repairs. During the wait time Jack kept me informed. True to his word my vehicle was done when he said it would be. A word about the waiting room, nice chairs and good snacks. For me I just walk a couple of blocks to have a good lunch at one of many fast food restaurants that is around. More

They took 3 visits to fix my A/C. I went in for warranties, A/C check and a rattle. A/C compressor was covered by warranty (yeah) but had problems with scheduling repair; it took 2 mo I went in for warranties, A/C check and a rattle. A/C compressor was covered by warranty (yeah) but had problems with scheduling repair; it took 2 more visits and an overnight stay. And they think they found the rattle but ran out of time. They had the car 3 whole days. More
