I like the look, layout, and ease of use of the renovatrd repair facility at SouthBay Hyundai. Jack was my service technician on this appointment. He was courteous and listened to my concerns. I had an important appointment immediately after the service. I communicated my timeline and Jack communicated the standard time my service usually takes. He made a suggestion that would take car of my vehicle and likely get me out in the time I requested. I like that he didn't promise or make a guarantee. He was simply clear about what I should expect. Needless to say everything went smoothly. My vehicle was well serviced and continues to run smoothly because I get my regular tuneups at SouthBay Hyundai. And I made it to my appointment with a few mins to spare. More

I had the make an appointment just so the dealer could inspect my car for a rattling noise on my tailgate. I knew that the dealer will need to place an order for the needed part.
