BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I was in the market for a new car. Found that the Jeep gave a good discount with car insurance so I was sold on the jeep. Owning a Laredo before I kne I was in the market for a new car. Found that the Jeep gave a good discount with car insurance so I was sold on the jeep. Owning a Laredo before I knew I like the Jeep brand. I went for a loaded Cherokee. Shannon Guest helped me and made this experience the easiest and most painless ever in buying a car. The finance guy and the porters were great too. I was in and out in less than an hour or so and that is with the detailed training on got on all the extras on the Cherokee. Thank you More

My salesman, Robert Booth, I went to this dealership looking at brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited models. I had all the help I could possibly ask for. My salesman, Robert Booth, was very informative. He also did everything he could to help make sure I got a good price for my trade in, and a great price for my new wrangler! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND SALESMAN! If I could've given this 0 stars, I would've. Yesterday my father and I went to Matteson IL to South Oak Dodge to look at a beetle that we were assure If I could've given this 0 stars, I would've. Yesterday my father and I went to Matteson IL to South Oak Dodge to look at a beetle that we were assured was ding and dent free and in “perfect condition”. Mind you, we came from over 3 1/2 hours away. After arriving at the dealer we were given the keys by another salesperson to go look at the car. The minute we walked up to it we noticed a very large scratch on the left rear fender that had been touched up with a paint stick. Walking to the front of the car revealed the entire front bumper of the car had been repainted and had ZERO shine and felt like 100 grit sandpaper. Walking to the passenger side on top revealed a large area where the clear coat was gone, the rear fender another large scratch and “touch up” job. Our phone salesman walked up and my dad proceeded to ask him about all of the issues and he was like “what do you mean” what do you expect” it’s a used car”, its going to have that stuff”. We told him it was a mess and we wanted our deposit money back. Before we could hardly even say it he walked off and back inside. We followed him in and after 15+ more minutes we did at least get our deposit money back, barely even receiving a sorry or anything. I now know why the car was a 2013 with 10,000 miles on it...im thinking it spent a lot of its life setting in a body shop. With all of this being said if you are ever in the market for vehicles DO NOT go to South Oak Dodge and even more so DO NOT deal with Jim Matt. More

I arrived there at 4:15 a.m. and finished the complete test drive and financials before 6:00 p.m. The Nissan Altima price was by far the best price within a 75 mile radius. Robert Booth and Leo Estrada were straight forward and were never pushy throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond by delivering my vehicle to my home in Indiana. They literally and figuratively went the extra mile. Thank you very much. I will return when I am ready for my next purchase. More

It's a former service department vehicle with just over 19k miles and is in very good condition. We got a great deal on it and acted quickly to take advantage of it because there was nothing else to be found anywhere within our budget, that nice and with the included features. The dealership has a great selection with a lot of high end, attention-grabbing models in and around the showroom floor. The only thing irking us a bit was the broker had to pressure them to put the antenna mast back on that had been removed, as had the floor mats. Our vehicle has the cold weather package which includes the nicer all-weather mats, but they, like the antenna had been removed. The ones they were replaced with were standard mats. The salesman made mention a few different times about the fact he was giving us floor mats. While I understand it was a great deal and a former service dept. vehicle, I feel providing us with an antenna and floor mats shouldn't be a big deal when we spent more than $20,000 with them. That may not be much in the world of auto sales, but it's a small fortune for my wife and I. More

Finance department plays games with numbers, bring a calcula I purchased a vehicle three days ago, was offered an extended warranty at 10.50 per month, was told they can roll it into the loan, they sure did and I purchased a vehicle three days ago, was offered an extended warranty at 10.50 per month, was told they can roll it into the loan, they sure did and more than doubled the cost - i tried calling to discuss it and they have avoided my calls. Pretty ignorant, time to go there and make sure my complaint is heard not only by the managers but any customers there as well. I wonder if AllState knows the games they play with the sale of their warranties. . . I will be notifying them as well as the Better Business Bureau. More

All them friendly faces were gone. the were quick to get me the wrong car and now can careless about my complaints. More
